For Undergraduate Programs
The temporary password is set with the combination of a predefined STRING + 2 digits of the month (MM) + the last 2 digits of the year (YY) from a graduate student's date of birth. A graduate student will be prompted for password change during the first-time login. All are requested not to share the password with others.
Predefined STRING Format: Hnj2Mkh$
Example:
The graduate student's date of birth is 31/02/2000, his/her temporary password is: Hnj2Mkh$0200 (Hnj2Mkh$ + 02 + 00)
The graduate student's date of birth is 02/12/1901, his/her temporary password is: Hnj2Mkh$1201 (Hnj2Mkh$ + 12 + 01)
For Postgraduate Programs
The temporary password is set with the combination of a predefined STRING + your CGPA as a whole number (e.g., 3.688 → 3688). A graduate student will be prompted for password change during the first-time login. All are requested not to share the password with others.
Predefined STRING Format: Hnj2Mkh$
Example:
The graduate student's CGPA is ‘3.688’, his/her temporary password is: Hnj2Mkh$3688 (Hnj2Mkh$ + 3688)
The graduate student's CGPA is ‘3.100’, his/her temporary password is: Hnj2Mkh$3100 (Hnj2Mkh$ + 3100)
The graduate student's Grade is ‘First’, his/her temporary password is: Hnj2Mkh$First (Hnj2Mkh$ + First)
